The UFC announced last night that Rachelle Leah — the former Octagon Girl and Playboy cover model, will be back at her old ring-girl gig for one night only at UFC 111, March 27th in Newark!!! No word yet on if she's filling in for Arianny Celeste or Chandella Powell (unranked), or if it'll be a threesome. In honor of this blessed occasion, here are some pics of Rachelle.
